The new Grab pick-up point at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 is in the multi-level parking building on Level A. The hub is located near Exit Gate 7. 

Directions 

1. Go to the Arrivals Hall 
2. Follow the signs to the International Arrivals exit 
3. Go to Gate 4 
4. Exit and go straight to the pick-up point 
5. Meet your driver at the Grab Booth or Bay 7 

What to expect

• The app will identify the new pick-up area 
  
• The transaction won't proceed if you try to pick up a Grab at the loading bays in front 
  
• You can agree on a loading slot number with your driver 
  
• Some people may offer taxi services and claim that Grab and other ride-hailing services will be a long wait
