The Great and Grand New Year's Countdown was held at Davao del Norte Sports and Tourism Complex with the different performances from local and Manila artists. This celebration was initiated by the current Governor Anthony del Rosario in the Province of Davao del Norte.
The guests who joined the New Year's Countdown were Angeline Quinto, Erik Santos and Yeng Constantino and made the celebration a successful one.
There were also raffle prizes happened that thousands of Tagumenyos attracted to attend, a Fireworks Display that lasted for 20 minutes and Rave Party after.
