Finally the very famous Special La Paz Batchoy I always heard when I was young, I finally tasted it in Iloilo which  is a best-known signature dishes in the locality. La Paz Batchoy is available in all restaurants of Iloilo City most especially in La Paz Market. I ordered super extra bowl worth of Php150.00 at Netong's which is one of the famous stalls of Bachoyan.

The  soup is served with noodles, pork organs, chicken stock, beef loin, shrimp stock, and garnished with chicharon (pork cracklings) since i dont eat pork i requested them to served with a beef ingredients.
